Since 1858, Antonio Mattei has produced biscotti and sweets in the historic bakeries and shops in the heart of the old town of Prato, Tuscany. Their biscuits are baked every day and use the classic Blu Mattei The bags are manually packed one by one.
Biscotti di Prato (often called cantucci or cantuccini) is part of the Tuscan sweets tradition and it is a perfect meal when paired with the holy wine Vin Santo.
Pistachio and almond biscuits are fresh flavor variants of Biscotti di Prato, they use the same dough.
Ingredients: flour, sugar, pistachios, almonds and free-range eggs. They do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats.
Pair with dessert wine, soft grappa or spiced gin after meal
Pair with coffee or tea for snacks or breakfast, or with vanilla or chocolate ice cream
